CLIENT REVIEW - Dawn helped us clear our Mum's home (a 4 bedroomed house) of 63 years, which was a mammoth task as neither myself nor my brother live in the area and therefore simply couldn't do it all ourselves. Needless to say, it was a very emotional time for all of us but Dawn, with her extensive knowledge of and contact with local charities, sales possibilities and clearance companies simply took it all in her stride and organised absolutely everything, from working through all that was to be kept, to completely clearing the house. This was all co-ordinated with the help of a WhatsApp group that kept us all 'talking' about what was going on and checking what was to stay or go etc. Dawn was fabulous to work with, extremely flexible with her time and very thoughtful and caring with all of us. It is absolutely fair to say that we simply couldn't have done it without her and she made what otherwise could have been an almost insurmountable task so much easier to bear. In short, the lines of communication we developed along the way meant we could just let Dawn get on with what she does so well and relax in the hands of a true professional.
